Boxing, strength training, pilates-inspired, and yoga—whatever your style, we’ve got a class for you. Each session is coach-led and about an hour long, ensuring you get the guidance and focus you need.
GRIND.
Sharpen your skills, build strength, and boost endurance with GRIND.—a high-energy boxing session blending mittwork, bag drills, and conditioning. Each class includes a 15-minute small-group mittwork block with up to 3 members, followed by a 45-minute programmed workout to round out your training. Whether you're a seasoned boxer fine-tuning your combos or a beginner mastering the basics, this class meets you where you are—and takes you further.
ALIGN.
Strength, balance, and control come together in ALIGN., a series of pilates-inspired classes designed to challenge both body and mind. From mat pilates to HEROBOARD sessions—featuring the smoothest-moving exercise platform designed to enhance stability and precision—each class focuses on core engagement, intentional movement, and mindfulness. ALIGN. is your space to connect with your body and build lasting strength.
HUSTLE.
HUSTLE. is a 45-minute, full-body strength training class designed to build muscle, improve technique, and drive steady progress. Each session begins with a workout breakdown and guided demonstrations from your coach, followed by a dynamic program targeting every major muscle group. With a max of 6 members per class, you’ll get personalized attention and the energy of a small group to help you lift with confidence and reach your goals.
FLOW.
Discover a versatile practice that blends movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to foster physical fitness, mental clarity, and inner peace. Flowing sequences and restorative poses help you enhance flexibility, strengthen your body, and calm your mind.
