CULTURE. is more than a gym. It’s a space designed for people who want more from their workout experience — more energy, more connection, and a stronger sense of belonging.

Located in Garden City, Idaho, CULTURE. blends high-energy group training, thoughtful programming, and a community-driven atmosphere that makes showing up feel different.

Our studio was built around a simple belief: when people feel supported, inspired, and connected, fitness becomes something they actually look forward to.

OUR STORY

CULTURE. began with a simple idea: build a space where people actually want to show up.

In late 2023, our founder started CULTURE. out of an apartment complex — yes, really. What began as a small, grassroots training community quickly gained momentum as more people discovered the energy, connection, and style of training that made the experience feel different.

By spring of 2024, CULTURE. found its home in our current Garden City location. After months of building, designing, and refining the vision, we officially opened its doors in October 2024.

Community has always been at the center of everything we do.

What started as an idea has grown into a boutique fitness destination for people who want more from their workout experience. At CULTURE., you’ll find high-energy group training, thoughtful programming, and a community that makes showing up feel different.

And in many ways, we’re still just getting started.

We’ve redefined what it means to train like a boxer—no contact, no ego, just real skill, real sweat, and the kind of swagger that sticks with you. Designed for all levels, BOXING. fuses the fundamentals of the sport with next-level intensity: think sharp footwork, power-driven bag rounds, and our signature mittwork—an elite training method once reserved for pros, now reimagined for the everyday athlete. In a focused, small-group setting, our coaches deliver expert feedback and real-time progression through full-body strength training that blends power, mobility, and functional movement.

 

Every session is intentional: form-forward, high-impact, and built for results. You’ll lift smarter, move better, and push your limits—without ever getting lost in the crowd. No fluff, no wasted reps—just strong-ass humans getting stronger, together.

MOM CLUB.

FOR MOMS MADE OF MORE.

MOM CLUB. is an identity. It’s where moms go to feel more — more connected, more confident, more alive. It’s CULTURE.’s movement built for mothers who crave belonging, energy, and community.

MOM CLUB. curates exclusive events and experiences for women in every season of motherhood — merging fitness, wellness, and lifestyle. Fitness classes feature CULTURE.’s signature modalities like HEROBOARD PILATES., BOXING., and STRENGTH., along with collaborations with key partners in yoga, dance, mobility, and other movement practices. Every experience is elevated, intentional, and centered around connection.

Join us every Saturday at 10 AM at Push & Pour in Garden City for high-energy, no-pressure miles with the CULTURE. crew.

You can run. You can walk. We welcome both — and every pace in between. The run route is roughly three miles. The walk option is about one and a half. Choose what feels right. No sign-up required. No barriers to entry. Just show up!
