We offer a variety of classes, including boxing (GRIND.), strength (HUSTLE.), pilates (ALIGN.), and yoga (FLOW.)—we can’t wait for you to join the fun! Book here.

How do I book a class?
Booking is simple! Just visit our website or download our app (CULTURE. TWC) to create an account and reserve your spot.​
What is open gym?
Our open gym provides you the freedom to work out on your own with access to our equipment. You can access the gym during our open hours.

Monday-Friday: 5am-9pm
Saturday: 7am-4pm
Sunday: Closed — Sunday hours coming soon!

How do I book open gym?
Coming in for open gym? Just scan in at our front desk using your barcode in the CULTURE.TWC app—whether you're on a membership or have a day pass.

What wellness modalities are coming to CULTURE.?
We’re excited to introduce cold plunge and sauna facilities — coming soon! These wellness modalities will be perfect for enhancing recovery and promoting relaxation. We’ll provide more details on availability as soon as we can!
How do I create an account?
Head to the app store (CULTURE. TWC) or our website! Make sure to toggle “marketing & communications” ON, as this is how we keep you updated on classes!
Can I just show up for class?
Unfortunately, our classes are reservation-based! You’ll need to create an account and book in the app or on our website.
When should I arrive for class?
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to get settled, mingle, and let our team take care of you! If it's your first time, please arrive 15 minutes early.

What do I need for class?
Just bring yourself and a water bottle if you’d like; we also have a refill station. All equipment is provided, so come ready to sweat!
Boxing gloves are available for rent for $3, but if you have a favorite pair, feel free to bring 'em. Boxing hand wraps are available for $12 and yours to keep after purchasing! Think of hand wraps like socks—but for your hands. You must have wraps on to take our boxing classes.
Are your classes beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! Our workouts are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, and we’ll guide you every step of the way. We love first-timers!
I have injuries. Can I work out?
Yes! If you have a medical condition or injury, please consult with your healthcare provider before participating in our classes. We’ll discuss any injuries or modifications with you before class starts to ensure a safe and tailored experience.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever you’re comfortable sweating in! For our boxing and strength classes, we recommend training or running shoes. For our pilates and yoga classes, you'll be barefoot or in socks.

Do you offer child care services?
Currently, we do not offer childcare due to space limitations. However, as we continue to grow, we’re keeping it in mind for future expansion.

What if I am running late?
We have a 5-minute late policy! If you arrive after 5 minutes, we cannot allow you to take class for safety reasons and to avoid disrupting others.
Something came up! How do I cancel?
No worries! You can cancel in the app up to 8 hours before class without incurring an $8 late cancel fee.
What happens if I don't show up to class?
If you book a class and don’t show up, you’ll be charged a $10 no-show fee. If you’re on a class pack, you won’t lose your credit; you’ll just be charged.
Do you have showers?
Showers are not available yet, but will be soon with the addition of our wellness amenities!

How do I cancel my membership?
We’re sad to see you go, but we understand! To cancel your membership and avoid being recharged on your renewal date, you must provide a 30-day notice by emailing us at hello@culturetwc.com. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes! You can freeze your membership for 1-6 months for. Life happens, and we’re here to support you. Shoot us an email if you'd like to freeze your membership at hello@culturetwc.com.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
Memberships are non-transferable. If you have specific questions or concerns, please contact us at hello@culturetwc.com.

Can I roll over my unused credits to the next month?
Yes! For our FOUR. and EIGHT. memberships, credits can roll over to the next month. However, you must send us an email at hello@culturetwc.com to request the rollover.

Credits on class packs do not roll over. They have an expiration date.
All memberships auto-renew monthly on the date of purchase, so be sure to let us know if you need assistance with your credits!
Do you offer one-on-one sessions?
Yes! Our coaches offer private training sessions for any of our fitness modalities. Please email us, or ask our staff in-person to inquire.
