Where is CULTURE. located?
You’ll find us at 116 E 40th St, Garden City, ID 83714.


Our space was designed to bring movement, connection, and community together under one roof. Come train, recover, and thrive with us.

 

What are your hours?
Monday–Friday: 5 AM – 8 PM
Saturday: 7 AM – 4 PM
Sunday: Closed

While these are our overall operating hours, CULTURE. runs on a staffed vs. unstaffed model:

Staffed Hours
During staffed hours, our front desk is open, doors are unlocked, and our team is available to assist you in person.
• Monday: 5:00–7:30 AM, 9:30–11:30 AM, 4:30–7:30 PM
• Tuesday: 5:00–8:30 AM, 9:30–11:30 AM, 4:30–7:30 PM
• Wednesday: 5:00–8:30 AM, 9:30–11:30 AM, 4:30–7:30 PM
• Thursday: 5:00–8:30 AM, 9:30–11:30 AM, 4:30–7:30 PM
• Friday: 5:00–7:30 AM, 9:30–11:30 AM

Unstaffed Hours
Outside of staffed hours, CULTURE. is accessible to members only via key code entry. Unstaffed hours are reserved for member use — giving you the flexibility to move on your own time.

What does CULTURE. offer?
CULTURE. is where fitness, wellness, and lifestyle collide.


Our group fitness schedule features three signature modalities: BOXING., HEROBOARD PILATES., and STRENGTH.—each designed to challenge, empower, and elevate your training experience. Members also have access to OPEN GYM., giving you the freedom to train on your own terms.

 

Beyond movement, we’re a destination for community and experiences. From wellness activations and brand partnerships to private events and member gatherings, every moment here is designed to connect people through movement and meaning.

BOOKING & CLASSES

How do I create a CULTURE. account?
Easy. Create one directly through our website or download the CULTURE. app to get started on mobile.


Be sure “marketing & communications” is toggled on — that’s how we keep you updated on classes, events, and exclusive experiences.

How do I book a class?
Head to our website or app, log in (or create an account if you’re new), navigate to the class schedule, and reserve your spot.

Can I just show up for class?
No. All classes are reservation-based. You must book in advance through the app or website.

When should I arrive for class?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to check in and settle in.
If it’s your first time, plan to arrive 15 minutes early so our team can walk you through setup and expectations.

What do I need for classes?
Just bring yourself — we’ll handle the rest.
Bring a water bottle; refill stations are located in-studio.


Class specifics:
• BOXING. – Hand wraps + gloves required (if you don't have your own — gloves available for rent, wraps for sale).
• HEROBOARD PILATES. – Barefoot or grip socks recommended.
• STRENGTH. – Closed-toe shoes required.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?
Nope. We provide everything needed for each format.

Are your classes beginner-friendly?
Yes. Every class is designed to meet you where you’re at. Coaches guide you through form, pacing, and modifications so you can move confidently — at your own pace.

I have injuries. Can I still work out?
Yes — with care. Tell your coach before class; they’ll offer modifications as needed. Always listen to your body and consult your doctor when appropriate.

What are the booking, cancellation, and no-show policies?
• Booking opens 2 weeks in advance and closes 30 minutes before class.
• Cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid fees.
• Late cancel: $10 fee.
• No-show: $15 fee.

MEMBERSHIPS & PRICING

What is the minimum commitment for a membership?
All memberships require a 2-month minimum commitment starting on your first billing date. After that, you may cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.

How do cancellations, freezes, or changes work?
Email hello@culturetwc.com at least 30 days before your next billing date.
• One freeze per calendar year, up to 3 months (fees may apply).
• Credit Packs can’t be frozen, transferred, or refunded.

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds for unused or expired classes, missed bookings, or inactivity.

Do memberships auto-renew?
Yes. Memberships renew monthly until canceled with 30 days’ notice.

Are there guest privileges?
Yes — ALL ACCESS. members may bring up to two guests per calendar month.


Guests must check in at our front desk and sign a waiver. Guest fees apply for late cancels or no-shows.

STUDIO POLICIES

What’s your late arrival policy?
Members must be checked in before class start time. Late arrivals may not be permitted once class begins for safety and experience reasons.

What’s your behavior, attire, and facility use policy?
• Clean athletic wear required.
• Closed-toe shoes for STRENGTH. & BOXING.; grip socks or barefoot for HEROBOARD PILATES.
• Respect equipment and space — misuse may result in fees or suspension.
• Training under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

What’s your Lost & Found policy?

All lost items found within CULTURE. are securely held at the front desk.
Members can claim their belongings at any time during staffed gym hours.

Items will be held until the last Saturday of each month. Any belongings left after the 20th will be held until the last Saturday of the following month. After that, all unclaimed items — including clothing, water bottles, equipment, and personal items — will be donated.

CULTURE. is not responsible for lost or stolen items, and members are encouraged to keep track of their personal belongings to help maintain a clean, safe environment for everyone.

Can I film or record content in-studio?
Personal, quick content (like post-class photos) is welcome if it doesn’t disrupt class flow.


Commercial shoots, influencer projects, or brand partnerships must be approved in writing by CULTURE. management. For more information, please email us at hello@culturetwc.com.

Do you offer childcare?
Not currently — but we occasionally partner with local childcare providers for select events. Follow @culture.momclub for updates.

How do raffles or giveaways work?
All giveaways, raffles, and promotions are announced via email, socials, or in-studio. Terms vary per campaign; winners are contacted directly.
