Terms & Conditions

CULTURE. UNIVERSAL LIABILITY WAIVER & PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Effective as of 6/11/2025

By purchasing, registering, or participating in any CULTURE. service—whether a Group Fitness Membership, Credit Pack, or Open Gym Membership—you agree to the following legally binding Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all CULTURE. offerings, including but not limited to BOXING., HEROBOARD PILATES., STRENGTH., and any additional group-based or self-directed training programs offered now or in the future. These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements or understandings related to CULTURE. services.

This Universal Agreement is intended to standardize participation, access, billing, and conduct policies across all purchase types under CULTURE., including:

  • Group Fitness Memberships

  • Credit Pack Holders

  • Open Gym Memberships

Each section of this Agreement is enforceable across all applicable offerings, and any offering-specific provisions will be clearly outlined within their respective clauses.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ENROLLMENT

1.1 Age Requirement
All participants must be 18 years of age or older to independently register for and participate in CULTURE. services, including but not limited to Group Fitness Memberships, Credit Packs, and Open Gym.

Minors are not eligible for participation unless:

  • A parent or legal guardian provides written consent,

  • CULTURE. management grants written approval, and

  • The minor remains under direct adult supervision at all times while on premises.

CULTURE. reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke access to any minor participant at its sole discretion.

Minors may not participate in CULTURE. group classes unless a private session is approved under the supervision of a CULTURE. coach with full parental consent and facility clearance.

1.2 Health Clearance
By enrolling in or participating in any CULTURE. activity, you expressly confirm that you are in good physical condition and capable of engaging in physical activity—whether supervised (e.g., classes) or unsupervised (e.g., open gym).

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • It is your sole responsibility to consult with a licensed medical provider regarding any injuries, illnesses, or conditions before participation;

  • CULTURE. does not provide health screenings, fitness diagnostics, or medical advice;

  • Participation in any CULTURE. service is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

CULTURE. disclaims all liability for injuries, illnesses, or complications arising from your participation in any service, including classes, equipment usage, or open gym sessions.

Group fitness classes and events take priority in shared zones. Open Gym members must review class schedules in advance.

2.2 Credit & Membership Expiration

  • Membership Credits (EIGHT. & FOUR.) expire at the end of each billing cycle. CULTURE. may allow up to 2 rollovers/year with written request (within 5 days of expiration). Rolled-over credits are used after current-cycle credits are depleted and expire after 30 days regardless of use.

  • Credit Pack Expiration is based on tier and strictly enforced. One-time 48-hour grace period may be granted at CULTURE.’s discretion.

2.3 Auto-Renewal & One-Time Purchases

  • Group Fitness and Open Gym memberships auto-renew monthly on the original billing date. By enrolling, members authorize CULTURE. to charge the payment method on file.

  • Credit Packs are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.

2.4 Payment Processing & Data Security CULTURE. uses third-party payment processors and does not store full card details. While reasonable security measures are in place, CULTURE. is not liable for breaches, fraud, or misuse caused by user error or negligence.

2.5 Failed Payments, Chargebacks & Collections

  • $15 late fee applies after 48 hours

  • Access is suspended after failed payments

  • After 7 days: temporary suspension

  • After 30+ days: may be referred to collections

  • Chargebacks result in:

    • Immediate suspension

    • $35 dispute recovery fee

    • Collection of any credits/services used

    • Possible permanent access revocation

Chargebacks are also subject to immediate termination per Section 10.

2.6 Repeated Payment Failures CULTURE. reserves the right to terminate memberships and restrict future purchases from individuals with a pattern of failed or disputed transactions.

2.7 Billing Fees A 2.5% processing fee applies to all CULTURE. purchases—including memberships, credit packs, events, and retail—and is non-refundable. Processing fees are non-waivable and apply to all purchases regardless of discount, refund, or promotion.

3. MEMBERSHIP CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & FREEZES

3.1 Cancellations To cancel any CULTURE. membership (Group Fitness or OPEN GYM.), members must submit a written cancellation request via email to hello@culturetwc.com at least 30 days prior to their next billing date. This requirement applies to all membership tiers and communication must follow the official communication policy outlined in Section 11.

All CULTURE. memberships (including OPEN GYM., UNLIMITED., EIGHT., FOUR., and ALL ACCESS.) require a minimum two-month commitment. This begins on the date of first billing and applies regardless of usage or attendance.

CULTURE. reserves the right to determine the timing of the final membership charge:

  • If your next billing date is within 7 days of your cancellation request, your final payment will process on the standard billing date.

  • If your next billing date is more than 7 days away, CULTURE. may charge the final payment immediately. You will retain full access through the end of the corresponding billing cycle.

The two-month minimum begins on the date of your first successful membership payment.

3.2 Refund Policy All CULTURE. membership and credit pack sales are final. No refunds will be issued for:

  • Unused or expired credits

  • Missed classes, no-shows, or cancellations

  • Lack of attendance or failure to book

  • Account inactivity or scheduling conflicts

  • Device, app, or login issues outside CULTURE.'s control

This applies to Group Fitness Memberships, Credit Packs, and OPEN GYM. memberships.

In rare and exceptional cases, CULTURE. may approve a refund or account credit at its sole discretion. These requests must be submitted via email and will be reviewed by management. All decisions are final. Processing fees and past-due balances are non-refundable.

3.3 Upgrades & Downgrades (Group Fitness Memberships Only)

  • Upgrades: May be applied immediately with a prorated charge for the remaining billing cycle.

  • Downgrades: Require at least 7 days' written notice before your next billing date. Requests received with less than 7 days' notice will apply to the following billing cycle.

  • No refunds will be issued for downgraded access not used retroactively.

3.4 Membership Freezes (Group Fitness & OPEN GYM.)

  • One (1) freeze per calendar year, up to three (3) consecutive months.

  • A $15/month freeze fee will be applied during the hold.

  • Members cannot book classes or access facilities during the freeze period.

  • Requests must be emailed at least 5 business days before your next billing date.

Medical Freeze Policy:

  • No fee applied.

  • Requires valid documentation from a licensed medical provider.

  • Duration determined on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by CULTURE. management.

Special Circumstances:

  • For surgery, long-term injury, or pregnancy, extended freezes may be granted.

  • CULTURE. may request documentation and reserves the right to deny these requests at its sole discretion.

Note: Freeze requests will not be applied retroactively. No refunds will be issued for late submissions or unused time.

3.5 Credit Packs – No Freezes or Transfers

  • CULTURE. does not allow freezes, holds, or extensions for credit packs.

  • Credits are linked to the purchasing account and may not be shared or transferred without written approval.

  • In exceptional medical circumstances, CULTURE. may review requests for reinstatement with documentation. Approval is not guaranteed.

  • No rollover, freeze, or credit extension will be applied outside of this.

3.6 Credit Pack Refund Policy Credit pack sales are final. No refunds will be issued for:

  • Unused or expired credits

  • Missed bookings or schedule conflicts

  • Injuries, illness, or personal travel

  • Technology issues not caused by CULTURE.’s platform

Requests for exceptional refund review must be submitted via email and will be considered case-by-case. Approval is not guaranteed.

4. CLASS BOOKING POLICIES

4.1 Booking

All class bookings must be made through the CULTURE. app. Walk-ins are not guaranteed and may be denied entry if the class is at capacity or if the member is not pre-registered. Classes are programmed, staffed, and prepared in advance based on scheduled attendance, and drop-ins may disrupt flow, safety, or capacity limits.

Booking opens 7 days in advance and closes 2 hours prior to the class start time.

Class booking availability may vary based on membership tier, capacity constraints, or staffing changes.

It is the member’s sole responsibility to manage their class schedule, including booking, cancellations, and monitoring waitlist status. CULTURE. reserves the right to adjust booking windows, class availability, or capacity limits at any time based on operational needs.

In the rare event that the CULTURE. app is experiencing technical issues that prevent booking, members may contact hello@culturetwc.com to confirm class attendance. Manual overrides may be granted at CULTURE.'s discretion but are not guaranteed.

4.2 Cancellations & No-Shows

All cancellations and no-show removals must be managed directly through the CULTURE. app. Verbal, text, email, or social media messages will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Class reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class) will result in a $10 late cancel fee.

No-shows—where a member books but does not attend and fails to cancel—will result in a $15 no-show fee.

Missed Class Policy If a member misses a class without canceling at least 12 hours in advance (a no-show), the credit is not deducted, but a $15 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.

The credit remains on the account and can be used to book another class.

This policy ensures that coaches are still compensated for prepared sessions and class space is respected—even if the member cannot attend.

CULTURE. enforces these policies to protect class integrity, respect coach prep time, and ensure all members have fair access to spots. Repeated violations may result in temporary booking restrictions.

These fees are automatically charged to the card on file and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4.3 Waitlist Policy

If a class is full, members may join the waitlist through the CULTURE. app. When a spot opens, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically added to class and notified via app and/or email.

It is the member’s responsibility to monitor their status on the waitlist and cancel if they are no longer able to attend. Standard late cancel and no-show fees apply once added from the waitlist.

If a class is waitlisted and the member has already attended a class that same day, CULTURE. reserves the right to prioritize another member who has not yet trained that day, especially during peak times. This is to ensure equitable access and maintain class flow.

Repeated misuse of waitlists, such as joining multiple back-to-back high-demand classes and no-showing, may result in restricted booking privileges.

5. FACILITY & MEMBER CONDUCT

5.1 Mutual Respect, Accountability & Community

CULTURE. is more than a gym—it’s a collective. All members are expected to uphold the energy and standards that define our space.

Show up with respect for yourself, our team, and everyone around you.

Be accountable for your actions, your bookings, your training space, and your energy.

Honor the culture by maintaining a supportive, inclusive, and intentionally focused environment for every member.

Disruptive behavior—including excessive noise, aggression, entitlement, or disrespect toward staff or fellow members—will result in corrective action, including warnings, suspension, or termination of membership.

CULTURE. reserves the right to revoke membership or deny access at any time to any individual who does not align with our values, policies, or standards—no refund required.

5.2 Respect for Space & Equipment

CULTURE. is a curated space, and members are expected to treat the facility and equipment with care, intention, and accountability.

All equipment must be used safely and returned to its designated location after use.

Members must wipe down all equipment after class using the provided cleaning supplies.

Equipment may not be reserved, claimed, or moved outside of assigned class setups or coach instruction.

Members are prohibited from modifying, dragging, or stacking large equipment (e.g., platforms, benches, boxing gear) without staff approval.

Any member found misusing equipment, damaging the facility, or failing to maintain shared spaces may be subject to fees, disciplinary action, or removal from the premises. Members may be charged for any damage caused to equipment or facilities resulting from negligence or misuse.

Unsafe lifting techniques, reckless training, or unsanctioned modifications to gym equipment will result in immediate intervention and may lead to removal.

CULTURE. reserves the right to suspend or revoke access at any time due to facility misuse, disregard for studio standards, or failure to respect the space.

5.3 Staff Interaction & Authority

CULTURE. coaches, front desk, and leadership staff are trained to uphold the standards, safety, and experience of the space. Members are expected to respect and follow all directions from staff at all times.

Verbal abuse, intimidation, passive-aggressive behavior, or refusal to follow staff instruction will not be tolerated.

Members may not coach, correct, or instruct other members during class unless explicitly asked to assist by a CULTURE. coach.

Only CULTURE.-approved staff may lead, program, or facilitate workouts within the facility. Unauthorized training, instructing, or brand promotion is strictly prohibited.

Staff decisions made in real-time for safety, flow, or programming purposes are final and must be respected.

Disrespect toward staff, attempts to bypass policies, or undermining CULTURE. leadership may result in immediate removal from class, account flags, or permanent termination of membership.

CULTURE. reserves the right to deny service, revoke access, or cancel membership at any time for failure to comply with staff directives or disrespecting team authority.

5.4 Attire & Hygiene

CULTURE. expects all members to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and appropriate attire in all classes and spaces.

Members must arrive in clean, functional athletic wear appropriate for group fitness.

Closed-toe athletic shoes are required for all STRENGTH. and BOXING. classes.

Socks or grippy socks are required for HEROBOARD PILATES. for safety and hygiene—no barefoot training is permitted.

For BOXING. classes, hand wraps and closed boxing gloves are mandatory.

Members may bring their own or purchase hand wraps at the front desk for $12 (plus tax, if applicable).

Boxing gloves are available for rent at $3 per class.

Personal hygiene—including clean clothes, deodorant use, and grooming—is expected.

Excessive perfumes, body odor, or sweat-soaked garments may result in a request to leave and return once refreshed.

Bringing a sweat towel is encouraged, especially for high-intensity classes, but not mandatory.

Failure to comply with hygiene or attire standards may result in denied entry to class or loss of booking privileges.

CULTURE. reserves the right to remove or restrict access for any member who disregards these policies or negatively impacts the shared experience.

5.5 Personal Belongings & Lost Items

CULTURE. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the facility.

Members are encouraged to keep valuables at home or secured in designated areas while training.

Bags, phones, and personal belongings must be stored safely and not left on the floor or in shared workout areas.

Found items will be held in our lost & found for 7 days before being discarded or donated.

Bringing personal items into workout zones is at your own risk.

CULTURE. is not liable for personal property, and reserves the right to remove unattended items or deny access to members who create hazards with belongings.

5.6 Substance Use & Intoxication

CULTURE. maintains a zero-tolerance policy for substance use that may impair physical or mental performance within its facilities.

Members may not attend classes, use the gym, or participate in any CULTURE. service while under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, illegal drugs, or any impairing substance.

The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances on CULTURE. premises is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and potential membership termination.

Prescription medications must be used responsibly and in accordance with medical guidance. CULTURE. reserves the right to deny access if a member appears unfit to participate safely, regardless of cause.

Alcohol consumption may be permitted at approved CULTURE. events, but intoxicated behavior, disruption, or misconduct will result in immediate removal and potential ban from future experiences.

CULTURE. is committed to providing a focused, safe, and high-performing environment for all members. CULTURE. reserves the right to remove any member from class or the premises if they appear impaired, unsafe, or disruptive, regardless of substance type or origin.

5.7 Guest & Visitor Policy

CULTURE. offers exclusive guest privileges to select members as part of our commitment to community and experience.

UNLIMITED. and ALL ACCESS. members may bring up to 2 guests per calendar month.

Each guest must create their own CULTURE. account in the app and complete all required waivers before attending.

Members may book a guest through the app, but the guest must have their own CULTURE. account to be added to the class and complete the reservation process.

Guest bookings are subject to class capacity and must follow standard booking procedures through the CULTURE. app.

All late cancel and no-show policies apply to guests. Any fees incurred will be charged to the hosting member's account.

Guests must comply with all CULTURE. policies, including conduct, attire, and class expectations. The hosting member is responsible for ensuring guest compliance.

Guests who no-show, arrive late, or violate any policies may be denied future access.

CULTURE. reserves the right to deny guest access during peak hours, limit guest privileges at any time, or revoke access for any misuse of this policy.

Guest access is a privilege—not a guarantee—and is subject to change based on operational needs, community flow, and staff discretion.

CULTURE. OPEN GYM. members may bring 1 guest per calendar month as part of our commitment to community and shared experience.

Guests must be first-time visitors and may not be current or former CULTURE. members.

All guests must create a CULTURE. account in the app and complete all required waivers prior to entry.

Guest access is for open gym only and does not include access to group classes, private sessions, or events.

Members must coordinate guest visits in advance with CULTURE. staff.

The hosting member is fully responsible for guest behavior, compliance with all CULTURE. policies, and any damages or disruptions caused.

Guests must follow all facility rules, including proper equipment use, attire, and conduct expectations.

Any guest who violates policies may be denied future access.

CULTURE. reserves the right to deny or revoke guest privileges at any time based on capacity, misuse, or operational needs.

Guest access is a privilege, not a guarantee, and is subject to change at CULTURE.’s sole discretion.

6. LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

6.1 Participation Waiver

By participating in any CULTURE. class, open gym, session, or event, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity—whether self-directed or coach-led—including but not limited to injury, illness, equipment accidents, or other physical complications.

You confirm that you are voluntarily engaging in BOXING., HEROBOARD PILATES., STRENGTH., open gym training, and all CULTURE. fitness experiences at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for knowing your own physical condition, limitations, and readiness.

CULTURE. does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, supervision during open gym, or guarantees of fitness outcomes. It is your sole responsibility to consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding your ability to participate safely in any training activity.

You agree to waive, release, and hold harmless CULTURE., its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages—known or unknown—arising from participation, including those resulting from ordinary risks associated with fitness activities and equipment use.

This waiver applies to all activities conducted under CULTURE., including scheduled classes, private training, open gym usage, off-site events, pop-ups, and any incidents occurring in parking lots, event venues, or other off-site locations affiliated with CULTURE.

Minors under the age of 18 may only participate in CULTURE. fitness offerings with a signed parental or guardian waiver on file and are subject to approval at the sole discretion of CULTURE. Submission of a waiver does not guarantee access. CULTURE. reserves the right to deny participation to any minor for any reason. All approved minor participants are required to adhere to the same Terms & Conditions as adult members.

6.2 Emergency Response & Medical Treatment

In the event of a medical emergency, CULTURE. staff may initiate basic first aid, contact emergency services (911), and/or notify your designated emergency contact. You authorize CULTURE. staff to act in good faith during any health-related incident.

CULTURE. does not have licensed medical professionals on-site and cannot guarantee the availability of immediate medical assistance.

You are solely responsible for any resulting medical expenses, including emergency transport, treatment, or follow-up care.

It is your responsibility to maintain accurate and current emergency contact information within your CULTURE. member profile.

CULTURE. is not liable for outcomes resulting from delays, unavailability, or limitations in emergency services.

7. MEDIA RELEASE

By entering the CULTURE. facility or participating in any CULTURE. class, event, or session, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded for promotional and commercial purposes.

CULTURE. regularly captures content to showcase community, energy, and brand experiences across digital platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, website use, advertisements, and press features.

You grant CULTURE. full rights to use, edit, publish, and distribute any image, video, or audio captured of you during participation, without compensation or further approval.

You agree that all media captured may be used without expectation of payment, royalties, or future approval.

This consent applies to both individual and group footage, unless you expressly opt out in writing.

To opt out of media usage, you must submit a written request to hello@culturetwc.com prior to participation. CULTURE. will make reasonable efforts to honor media opt-out requests, including blurring or avoiding solo capture of the identified individual. However, exclusion from group or wide-angle footage cannot be guaranteed.

CULTURE. owns all content created within its space and reserves the right to use footage for brand-aligned media at its discretion.

8. MEMBER RECORDING & PHOTOGRAPHY

8.1 Personal Use Content
Members may capture limited content for strictly personal use (e.g., selfies, progress clips, non-monetized social media posts), provided it does not interfere with others or disrupt class flow. Approved personal content includes selfies, post-workout videos, or form-check footage. Not permitted: filming an entire class, capturing coach-led instruction without consent, or posting full routines for external use.

  • Filming during class is allowed only with prior approval from the lead coach or CULTURE. staff.

  • Members may politely ask staff to assist with filming, but staff are not obligated to help and may decline at their discretion. Repeated requests to film may be denied if they interfere with staff availability or class flow

  • No other members or staff may appear in your content without their clear verbal consent.

  • Equipment and class setup must not be altered or blocked to accommodate filming.

  • All personal-use content shared on social media platforms must visibly tag @culture.twc in the caption or video to ensure brand alignment and visibility.

Any form of monetized, sponsored, or brand-affiliated content creation is strictly prohibited under this clause. If you are filming for a brand, partnership, product, or platform that earns revenue (including influencing), this falls under commercial use and requires CULTURE.’s prior written approval.

CULTURE. reserves the right to intervene, restrict, or prohibit filming at any time to maintain class integrity, safety, and brand alignment.

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal of the content, membership restrictions, or termination.

8.2 Commercial Use Content
Any content created for monetary gain, brand promotion, paid partnerships, influencer campaigns, fitness programs, or business advertising is considered commercial and requires prior written approval from CULTURE.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sponsored or paid social media content

  • Fitness programming for resale or subscription platforms

  • Brand collaborations, giveaways, or influencer campaigns

  • Professional photo/video shoots intended for commercial use

CULTURE. offers dedicated commercial content services, including space rental and supervised filming opportunities. All commercial use must be booked in advance through these official services.

You may not film for commercial purposes during regular class times or under a personal-use membership.

No classes, coaches, or proprietary programming—including HEROBOARD PILATES., BOXING., or STRENGTH.—may be recorded, duplicated, or distributed without prior written approval and proper licensing.

Unauthorized commercial content creation may result in immediate removal, membership termination, takedown demands, and/or legal action.

To inquire about commercial booking options, please speak with a front desk staff member or email hello@culturetwc.com.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, programming, class formats, coaching systems, and training methodologies offered at CULTURE.—including but not limited to BOXING., HEROBOARD PILATES., STRENGTH., and all other branded modalities—are the exclusive intellectual property of CULTURE.

This protection extends to any CULTURE. programming or experiences that may be seen, heard, or accessed—even passively or indirectly during open gym usage. Observation does not grant permission to replicate or distribute any part of CULTURE.’s proprietary content.

You may not copy, teach, reproduce, film, resell, or publicly distribute any CULTURE. programming, systems, or experiences (in whole or in part) without prior written approval and licensing.

This includes—but is not limited to:

  • Movement sequences, workouts, and cueing styles

  • Class structure, coach scripts, lighting and music integration

  • Branded playlists, media content, and training materials

All CULTURE. brand assets—including names, logos, slogans, graphics, and class titles—are trademarked and may not be used for personal or commercial gain without explicit permission. All brand expressions including CULTURE. naming conventions (e.g., HEROBOARD PILATES., STRENGTH., BOXING.) are protected trademarks under federal law.

Any content created within CULTURE. facilities that features CULTURE.’s staff, brand elements, or programming is considered derivative work and remains fully owned by CULTURE. unless rights are formally waived in writing.

By purchasing a membership and entering the facility, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving access to proprietary systems, and you will not replicate, teach, distribute, or adapt any portion of CULTURE.’s intellectual property without express written consent.

Unauthorized use of CULTURE.’s intellectual property will result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to cease-and-desist orders, financial damages, takedown demands, and termination of membership or access. CULTURE. will pursue all violations to the fullest extent of applicable intellectual property law.

10. TERMINATION & ENFORCEMENT

CULTURE. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at any time, with or without notice, for conduct deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Termination may occur without prior warning if CULTURE. determines the member poses a risk to the safety, harmony, or intellectual integrity of the space.

Membership may be terminated for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Repeated missed payments or chargebacks

  • Disruptive, inappropriate, or aggressive behavior

  • Unauthorized filming, recording, or commercial content creation

  • Breach of CULTURE.'s intellectual property or brand usage policies

  • Violation of facility rules or failure to comply with staff direction

  • Disregard for safety policies or member conduct expectations

CULTURE. also reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service or access to any individual whose behavior or presence is detrimental to the CULTURE. environment or brand

  • Enforce booking restrictions, membership holds, or suspensions as disciplinary measures

  • Pursue legal action where necessary, including for unpaid balances, policy violations, or misuse of proprietary content

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback through your financial institution instead of resolving the matter directly with CULTURE. is considered a breach of policy. This may result in immediate membership suspension, denial of service, and pursuit of the disputed balance via collections or legal means.

Membership termination for any reason does not entitle the member to any form of refund, credit, or reinstatement.

11. OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION

All official communication from CULTURE. will be conducted exclusively via email. Members are required to provide a valid, active email address at the time of registration and are responsible for maintaining access to this email account.

It is the member’s sole responsibility to monitor their email for updates, notifications, and service-related communications. Failure to review or respond to emails does not exempt the member from policies, fees, or updates.

All membership-related requests—including but not limited to cancellations, freezes, upgrades, and downgrades—must be submitted in writing to:
📧 hello@culturetwc.com

Requests submitted via text, phone, social media, or in-person conversation will not be reviewed or processed under any circumstances.

Members are responsible for ensuring CULTURE. emails are not filtered into spam folders and that their inbox remains functional. Failure to receive or review an email does not waive responsibility for any associated updates, fees, or actions.

It is the member’s responsibility to confirm CULTURE.’s receipt of emailed requests. A confirmation reply will serve as acknowledgment.

12. TERMS & POLICY MODIFICATIONS

CULTURE. reserves the unrestricted right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in business operations, services, pricing, or legal compliance. Members will be notified of all material changes via email.

  • Updated terms are effective immediately upon issuance of notice unless otherwise stated.

  • Continued use of CULTURE. services following any update constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

  • CULTURE. is not obligated to provide individual confirmations or request renewed acknowledgment of policy updates.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT

By purchasing a CULTURE. membership, credit pack, or open gym access, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined above—including policies on eligibility, billing, class bookings, cancellations, conduct, liability, intellectual property, and media consent.

You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation and authorize any applicable recurring charges based on your selected plan.

CULTURE. reserves the right to enforce all policies and modify terms at any time with notice via email.
