STUDENT MEMBERSHIP

Campaign Window: September 1–30, 2026

By submitting the Student Verification Form and/or activating a BACK TO CULTURE. student membership, you agree to the following terms in addition to CULTURE.'s standard Group Fitness Membership Terms.

1. The Offer

• BACK TO CULTURE. is a limited-time membership offer for eligible college students.

• Available September 1–30, 2026. Your membership must be activated by September 30, 2026 to qualify.

• This offer is for new CULTURE. members only.

• This is an in-house offer only — it is not available for direct purchase on the CULTURE. website or through the app.

2. Eligibility

To qualify, you must be:

• An undergraduate, graduate, or MBA student, full-time or part-time, at any accredited college or university

• Able to provide valid, current proof of enrollment

Your document must clearly show your name and current enrollment status. Eligibility is confirmed by the CULTURE. team before your promotional membership is activated.

3. Promotional Pricing

• EIGHT. — $140/month

• UNLIMITED. — $180/month

Rates apply to recurring group fitness memberships only.

4. How to Redeem

1. Complete the BACK TO CULTURE. Student Verification Form. Click here to access.

2. You'll receive a text with next steps — email proof of your current enrollment to isabelle@culturetwc.com.

3. Once your enrollment is verified, a member of the CULTURE. team will follow up to finalize and activate your membership.

5. Commitment & Cancellation

• Promotional memberships require a 2-month minimum commitment, beginning on the date of your first payment.

• After that period, cancellation requires submitting the official Membership Cancellation Request Form. This starts a 30-calendar-day notice period, during which billing continues as scheduled.

6. Your Promotional Rate

• If you activate during the campaign window, you keep your promotional rate for as long as your membership stays continuously active and you maintain verified student status.

• This rate is not indefinite — it does not carry over once you're no longer an eligible student. You must re-verify your enrollment every semester to remain on the promotional rate. We'll notify you well ahead of your re-verification deadline, and again on the exact due date.

• You'll have a 10-business-day grace period after your deadline to submit proof of continued enrollment.

• If you don't re-verify within the grace period, or you're confirmed no longer enrolled, your promotional membership will be canceled. It does not automatically switch to the standard rate. If you'd like to continue as a standard member instead of being canceled, reach out to us — this requires approval before the switch is made.

• If you cancel, you forfeit the promotional rate. Rejoining later means standard pricing at that time.

• Freezing your membership does not forfeit your promotional rate — you'll keep it when you unfreeze. Standard freeze terms still apply (1 freeze per calendar year, up to 3 consecutive months, $15/month freeze fee; medical freezes are exempt from the fee with documentation).

• Voluntarily upgrading or downgrading your membership tier also forfeits the promotional rate — you'll move to the standard rate for your new tier.

7. Additional Terms

• New members only.

• Cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount.

• Offer is void after September 30, 2026.

• All standard CULTURE. Group Fitness Membership Terms & Conditions — including billing, freezes, late-cancel/no-show, and conduct policies — apply in addition to these promotional terms.
