TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to CULTURE.’s Holiday Gift Card Event. By purchasing or redeeming a CULTURE. Gift Card or Bonus Card, the purchaser and/or recipient agree to the following:

1. PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY
Bonuses are issued only for qualifying gift card purchases made between December 15–24, 2025.
Purchases made outside this window do not qualify for a Bonus Card.
Bonus Cards are issued only to the purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person.

 

2. BONUS STRUCTURE
For every qualifying gift card purchase, CULTURE. will issue the following:
$100 Gift Card → $15 Bonus
$250 Gift Card → $50 Bonus 
$500 Gift Card → $125 Bonus


Bonus Card value is promotional and has no cash value.

3. BONUS REDEMPTION RULES
Bonus Cards may be redeemed January 1–31, 2026 only (“Redemption Window”).
Bonus Cards may be applied toward:

  • Class credits (drop-ins)

  • Credit packs

  • Retail merchandise sold in-studio

  • In-house nutrition supplements


Bonus Cards cannot be applied toward:

  • Membership dues or recurring charges

  • Open Gym memberships

  • Private Training sessions

  • Private Classes or Events

  • Specialty Workshops

  • Late cancel/no-show fees

  • Any taxes or fees

  • Gift cards


Bonus Cards:

  • Cannot be combined with other discounts

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot be transferred to another member

  • Must be used before other stored credit (no adjustments after the fact)


Any unused Bonus Card balance expires January 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
No extensions. No exceptions.

4. GIFT CARD TERMS
CULTURE. Gift Cards:

  • Do not expire

  • Are non-refundable

  • Are final sale

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • May be gifted to another individual

  • May not be used to purchase additional gift cards

  • May be used toward classes, credit packs, private training, retail, and memberships (unless otherwise restricted by internal policy)

5. BONUS ISSUANCE

  • Purchasers receive a Bonus in the form of a one-time-use discount code for each qualifying Holiday Gift Card purchased.

  • Bonus codes are not automatically applied to the purchaser’s CULTURE. account.

  • Bonus codes are sent to the purchaser via email immediately after checkout.

  • The purchaser is responsible for providing a valid email address capable of receiving the Bonus communication.

  • Each Bonus code is single-use and has a fixed value based on the Gift Card tier purchased.

  • Bonus codes may be redeemed online/in-app or in-studio toward eligible purchases defined in these Terms.

  • Bonus codes cannot be reassigned, gifted, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

  • One Bonus code is issued per qualifying gift card purchase.

  • Separate Gift Card transactions each generate a unique Bonus code.

  • Bonus codes must be redeemed within the designated redemption window; unused value expires at the end of that window.

  • Bonus codes will not appear as account credit in the purchaser’s CULTURE. account.

  • Bonus value must be applied manually by entering the discount code at checkout (online/in-app or in-studio).

 

6. REFUNDS & ADJUSTMENTS
Gift cards are non-refundable.
If a purchase is refunded, the associated Bonus is voided.
If a Bonus is used and the related gift card purchase is reversed, CULTURE. reserves the right to charge the used Bonus value to the purchaser’s account.

7. SYSTEM LIMITATIONS & CORRECTIONS
CULTURE. reserves the right to:

  • Correct any system errors regarding issuance or redemption

  • Decline Bonus use if fraudulent activity is suspected

  • Adjust member accounts in the event of misuse or violation of these Terms

  • Deny attempts to circumvent expiration or usage restrictions

 

8. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION
CULTURE. may modify or terminate this promotion at any time if:

  • Technical issues occur

  • Fraud is detected

  • Operational concerns arise


However, any Bonus already issued will remain valid through January 31, 2026.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing or redeeming a CULTURE. gift card or Bonus, users agree to these Terms & Conditions and all other CULTURE. policies, including:

  • Studio Terms & Conditions

  • Membership Terms

  • Liability Waiver

  • Conduct Policies


CULTURE. reserves the right to enforce all Terms to maintain operational integrity and brand standards.
