WHO CAN JOIN MOM CLUB.?
All moms are welcome — new moms, seasoned moms, stepmoms, moms-to-be, adoptive moms, and anyone who identifies with motherhood.
HOW OFTEN DOES MOM CLUB. MEET?
MOM CLUB. hosts an event or private class 1-2x per month. Modalities rotate — from HEROBOARD PILATES. to STRENGTH., BOXING., DANCE., and more — based on interest and community feedback
Do I need a membership to participate?
No membership is required to join MOM CLUB.! Anyone can attend, regardless of their current membership status at CULTURE.!
Can I bring my kids?
Kids are welcome at select MOM CLUB. events — please review each month’s event details for specifics.
We’re currently partnering with Busy Bees Babysitting to bring on-site childcare to future events. More details coming soon.
Can I come pregnant/postpartum?
Absolutely. Always check with your provider, but our coaches are trained to guide safe, supportive modifications. You know your body best — we’ll meet you there.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable training gear, bring water, and plan to arrive a few minutes early to check in. Footwear and equipment needs vary by modality:
