Membership Terms & Conditions

By becoming a member of CULTURE., you agree to the following terms: 1. Membership Eligibility 1.1 Membership is available to individuals who meet CULTURE.’s eligibility criteria. 1.2 Members must provide accurate and complete information when registering. 2. Membership Rights & Responsibilities 2.1 Members can access CULTURE.’s benefits and services according to their membership level. Class schedules are subject to change. 2.2 Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and any activity under their account. 2.3 All members are expected to act respectfully toward other members and CULTURE. staff. 3. Membership Fees & Renewals 3.1 Membership fees must be paid on time and in full as agreed. 3.2 A minimum 2-month commitment is required for recurring memberships. Cancellation requests may only be submitted after two months of membership. 3.3 Failure to pay fees may result in membership suspension or termination. 4. Membership Termination 4.1 CULTURE. reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these terms or disruptive behavior. 4.2 Members can request to cancel their membership in writing via email at hello@culturetwc.com. Other forms of communication (e.g., texts, social media) are not valid. To avoid being charged on your renewal date, you must cancel with at least 30 days' notice. 5. No Refund & Cancellation Policy 5.1 No Refunds: CULTURE. does not offer refunds for memberships, classes, or services. Once payments are made, they are non-refundable and non-transferable. 5.2 Membership Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your membership and avoid being recharged on your renewal date, you must provide at least 30 days’ notice in writing via email to hello@culturetwc.com. Cancellations via texts, social media, or other forms of communication are not valid. We’re sad to see you go, but we understand! 5.3 Minimum Commitment: A minimum commitment of 2 months is required for all recurring memberships. Cancellation requests may only be submitted after this period. 5.4 Medical Exceptions: Partial refunds may be granted only for medical reasons, at CULTURE.’s discretion, with appropriate documentation. 6. Photography & Media By attending classes, you consent to the use of photographs, videos, or audio recordings for CULTURE.’s promotional or educational purposes. 7. Personal Belongings CULTURE. is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during classes or while on the premises. 8. Health & Safety Members are responsible for evaluating their physical condition before participating in classes. Consulting a healthcare provider is advised before starting any fitness program. 9. Use of Facilities 9.1 Members must follow all facility rules and regulations. 9.2 Misuse or damage of CULTURE. property may result in suspension or termination. 9.3 Children Policy: Children are not allowed in the facility at any time. 10. Class Reservations & Attendance 10.1 Members must reserve their spot for classes in advance through our booking system. 10.2 Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee. 11. Communication 11.1 Members will receive communications regarding membership, updates, and promotions unless they opt out. 11.2 CULTURE. will manage personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. 12. Amendments CULTURE. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or via communication with members.

By making a purchase, you agree to our Membership Terms & Conditions. Refunds for memberships and services follow our Membership Refund Policy. Merchandise refunds are only issued for faulty or damaged items. 6. Third-Party Links Our website may include links to third-party sites or services that are not owned or controlled by CULTURE. Class Bookings and Services To participate in classes or services offered, you must reserve your spot through our booking system. Class Drop-In Terms and conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in our fitness classes. 1. Assumption of Risk By attending CULTURE. classes, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in physical activity. This includes, but is not limited to, risks of injury from falls, contact with others, and exercise equipment. You voluntarily assume these risks. 2. Health and Safety You affirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent your participation. If you have any health concerns, you should consult a physician before attending. 3. Responsibility You agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by our coaches. Notify the coach immediately if you experience discomfort or have any concerns during the session. 4. Release of Liability You waive and release CULTURE., its employees, coaches, and affiliates from any claims, actions, or liability related to injuries sustained during participation in our classes. 5. Photography and Media You consent to the use of any photos, videos, or recordings taken during class for promotional or educational purposes. 6. Personal Belongings CULTURE. is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while you attend class. 7. Payment and Cancellation Payments for drop-in classes are non-refundable. CULTURE. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes and will notify participants when possible. 8. Code of Conduct Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches and fellow members. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.

Refund Policy

Please carefully review our refund and cancellation policy below: No Refunds All payments made for memberships, drop-in classes, and other services are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to your wellness journey with us. Membership Cancellations To cancel your membership and avoid being recharged on your renewal date, you must provide 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle. Please send your cancellation request via email to hello@culturetwc.com. Failure to provide 30 days' notice may result in an additional charge for the upcoming billing period. Class Cancellations If a class is canceled by CULTURE. The Wellness Collective, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants in advance. While no refunds will be provided for canceled classes, participants will have the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Policy Changes This refund and cancellation policy is subject to change at any time. Any updates or modifications will be communicated via our website or through direct communication channels.

Marketing Terms & Conditions

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message Frequency The frequency of messages may vary.
